This isn’t really a post of any significance, or maybe it will become something of significance later, to me anyway, but….here’s what a bag of 1000 paper cranes looks like:

My plan is to send them for recycling all at once, I LOVE the idea of someone working at the recycling centre watching my lovingly created crane army drifting past them on a conveyor belt, but I would also love to do something creative with them before I send them off.
I’m trying very hard to think of something beyond the obvious (obvious to me anyway). I could string them up and artfully display them on some foliage or amongst the branches of a tree, but that has been done before and probably better than I could do it.

I have been calling them a crane ‘army’ quite literally from day one so maybe I should be thinking along military lines somehow.
Oh well, I’m sure something will come to me…before it becomes too weird that I have a bag full of paper cranes in my home…
As cranes are aquatic birds I suppose you have an army, navy and air-force in that bag. Terrifying if you choose not to use them for good. I wonder if it would be possible to glue them into a large tower with some of them strung together into a chain which allows you to pull the chain to lift up objects from the floor, thus forming a crane crane. I’m not normally known for my creativity but I’m pleased with myself there. I hope you will keep us posted on their fate.
Interesting…….
Put together to make one big crane?
Now I have a battle between Godzilla, King Kong and a giant paper crane going through my head so…thanks for that 😁
Giant Paper Crane has the ability to split into 1000 little paper cranes in order to swarm the opponent.
Oooooooohhhhh! Death By A Thousand Paper Cuts!
